Lakeside Primary School is a large school located in the historic spa town of Cheltenham. We have a happy ethos in spacious, secure and pleasant surroundings. We want everyone to be PROUD to be part of the Lakeside community. Safeguarding


Visitor Identification & Safety

  • All visitors, helpers and contractors must sign-in on entry to the school. Visitors unknown to the school will be asked for proof of identity
  • Visitors, helpers and contractors unknown to the children & staff are requested to wear identification badges and may be escorted by a member of staff whilst in the school
  • All volunteers & workers involved with the children will have completed the relevant DBS checks prior to coming into school
  • As a matter of safety, no visitor/helper/volunteer/contractor may open the school door to any other visitor without first checking with a senior member of staff
  • To assist with safeguarding those with allergies, we also ask that no nuts or products containing nuts are brought to school. Thank you for your co-operation.
